We are hiring for Bookkeeper (Onsite/Hybrid)
Location: Pasig City, Metro Manila
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite or Hybrid
Salary Range: ₱20,000 – ₱30,000/month, plus government-mandated benefits
Our client is looking for a seasoned Bookkeeper (minimum 2–3 years) who will maintain accurate books, payroll, and financial records to support a growing business. This role is hands-on and focused on daily bookkeeping, not a general finance or purely analyst position.
Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping and journal entries and keep books fully up to date.
- Handle payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations, invoicing, and cash tracking.
- Support external accountants and assist with month-end closing.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial records.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience (not just general finance support).
- Experience in Food & Beverage, E‑Commerce, or Retail, ideally in small to mid-sized organizations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and comfort using any accounting software.
- High attention to detail, strong accuracy, and consistent, fast execution.
Able to work independently and willing to work onsite or hybrid in Pasig City.
Nice to have: CPA/accounting background is a plus but not required.
