This spring, we had the privilege of graduating 20 Lean Six Sigma Green Belts — and what an incredible experience it has been.

We are deeply thankful for the many community partners, organizations, and leaders who have trusted us to share our passion for continuous improvement, leadership, and problem solving. Watching learners grow in confidence and apply these tools to real-world challenges is exactly why we do this work.

We have a very exciting announcement.

We’re incredibly grateful for the support that has allowed us to grow to a place where we can now give back in a meaningful way.

Every organization deserves to spend less time buried in repetitive administrative work and more time focused on the work that actually defines them.

Over the last several years, we’ve learned that the best use of AI and automation doesn’t come from replacing people or rushing into new tools — it comes from improving and clarifying processes first, then applying automation responsibly and intentionally where it actually helps.

That’s the approach we want to share with one local organization completely free of charge.

I am so appreciative that we have such a great creative resource in LAF Design and Art Studio and Lindsey Franz.

Branding is such a personal thing — and I fully admit I was probably not the easiest client to work with because getting this right mattered so much to me. 😅 And how so we know when it’s right anyway?!

We went back and forth a number of times, and through every revision, idea, and question, Lindsey remained incredibly patient, thoughtful, and professional. What I appreciated most was that she didn’t just “do what I asked.” She truly acted as an advisor. When I had ideas that maybe weren’t the best long-term branding decisions, she respectfully stood her ground and guided me toward something stronger.

At the end of the day, this is what we landed on — a brand that perfectly represents who we are:

One thing that was really important to me throughout this process was making sure our brand reflected that exceptional expertise and professionalism do not have to come from a major urban city. Businesses in rural communities deserve access to high-quality consulting, training, and operational support too.

In many ways, our rural roots are one of our strengths. They keep us grounded, practical, hardworking, relationship-focused, and able to provide tremendous value without the excessive overhead often tied to large metro firms.

Lindsey absolutely nailed that balance in this brand.

I’m so grateful for the time, creativity, and care she poured into this process to truly get it right for me. And honestly… I cannot wait to get some merch made now. 🔥
