Check out April's cover of The Municipality, a publication put out by League of Wisconsin Municipalities. Tom Mulcahy, President of Mulcahy Shaw Water, attended a groundbreaking at Waupun Utilities last May to celebrate the upgrade of their wastewater treatment plant. That upgrade includes an algae-based recovery system from CLEARAS Solutions to remove phosphorus from the wastewater and recover it in a marketable algae co-product. Mulcahy Shaw Water is a rep for CLEARAS Water Recovery.
