Seeking Justice: Help Me Uncover the Truth

Hello, friends and community,

I want to share something deeply personal to find clarity, justice, and closure. When I was just 9 years old, my family endured a traumatic event that still affects us today.

My mother, a South Korean national, was falsely accused of kidnapping my siblings and me. This led to our arrest as children—ages 9, 11, and 13—and a series of life-altering events. The urgency of this situation cannot be overstated.

At the time, a Denver County investigator named Rebecca played a significant role in these events, allegedly using government resources to locate us and influencing the authorities with unproven allegations.

The allegations include claims that my mother was "mentally ill" and "deranged," despite no evidence to support these accusations.

Now, I'm taking steps to investigate these allegations and uncover the truth:

1. Future filing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to access police reports and evidence related to the accusations.

2. Future Seeking documentation about Rebecca's involvement and potential misuse of authority.

3. Future Reviewing child welfare records regarding my sister's status as a ward of the state.

This post isn't just about revisiting the past—it's about holding accountable those who may have misused their power, clearing my mother's name, and finding a path for myself and my family.

If you have experience with FOIA requests, Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) filings, or navigating child welfare records, your guidance could be the key to unlocking the truth. Your advice, resources, or connections would not just mean the world to me but could also make a significant difference in our quest for justice.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

We sincerely appreciate your support and any help you can provide.

Please share if someone in your network could help. It's time to uncover the truth and heal from the wounds of the past.

With gratitude,
Daniel George Naglowsky Jr

"Leadership Forged in Service: 7 Ways Military Experience Shapes Veteran-Owned Businesses"

1. Discipline and Structure:
Military service instills a high level of discipline and the importance of structure. Veterans often translate this into creating well-organized business operations with clear protocols, strong work ethics, and an emphasis on accountability.

2. Adaptability and Problem-Solving:
In the military, unforeseen challenges and complex problems are common. Veterans tend to bring a calm and adaptable mindset to their businesses, able to pivot quickly when situations change and think strategically under pressure.

3. Teamwork and Leadership:
Leadership in the military requires a deep understanding of teamwork, trust, and effective communication. This translates into business as veterans often foster strong camaraderie among employees, emphasizing collaboration and building a cohesive company culture.

4. Mission-Driven Mindset:
In the military, every action is purpose-driven, often tied to a larger mission. Veteran business owners bring this mission-oriented approach to their business goals, focusing on clear objectives and measurable outcomes.

5. Resilience and Grit:
Military service requires enduring tough conditions, both physically and mentally. Veterans often approach business with resilience, able to handle setbacks without losing focus or morale, which is invaluable when facing the inherent challenges of entrepreneurship.

6. Leadership by Example:
Veterans often lead by example, a principle drilled into them through service. This leadership style builds respect among employees, setting a tone of hard work, integrity, and responsibility.

7. Servanthood:
Many veterans embrace a leadership style based on servanthood, where the leader’s role is to serve the team and enable their success. This concept, deeply rooted in military leadership, translates to business as a focus on mentorship, employee development, and prioritizing the needs of the team over personal gain. Veterans who lead with servanthood create businesses that are inclusive and focused on collective growth.
