Long Island homeowners should understand what they’re getting when they schedule a mold remediation consultation with me.

This isn’t just a quick visit to give you a price. It’s dedicated time to discuss your concerns, answer questions, review your mold inspection report if available, evaluate the affected areas, explain the recommended scope of work, and prepare a written mold remediation estimate.

Yes, I charge a consultation fee. Why? Because you’re paying for my time, knowledge, and over 30 years of hands-on experience in the mold industry.

And here’s the best part: If you hire me to perform the remediation, that consultation fee is credited toward your final balance.

While “free estimates” may sound appealing, I believe there’s tremendous value in getting professional guidance without the pressure of a sales pitch.

My goal isn’t simply to sell you a mold remediation job. It’s to educate you, provide honest recommendations, and help you make informed decisions about your home.
