River Run Earthworks LLC is looking to add 1–2 dependable day laborers to the team!
This is day-to-day, as-needed work based on project schedules. This is not a traditional part-time position with set weekly hours.
As River Run Earthworks continues to grow, we are looking for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and take pride in doing quality work.
Typical work may include:
• Grading and drainage projects
• Installing pipe and drainage systems
• Hand raking and site cleanup
• Loading and unloading materials
• Assisting with equipment operations
• General labor on residential earthwork projects
We’re looking for people who:
✅ Show up on time and ready to work
✅ Have a strong work ethic
✅ Are willing to learn and take direction
✅ Take pride in quality workmanship
✅ Treat customers and their property with respect
Experience is a plus — Character, reliability, and work ethic will go a long way. Compensation will be based on experience, reliability, and work ethic.
