Unity Christian School Announces Implementation of the LEARN Framework to Strengthen School Climate and Culture
Fulton, IL —Unity Christian School is proud to announce the adoption of the LEARN Framework©, developed by Author, educator, and TEDx speaker Jim Carbaugh, as a cornerstone in advancing the school’s climate and culture. This proven leadership and character development model—built on the five core principles of Listening, Ethics, Attitude, Respect, and No—is designed to create the ultimate climate-to-culture foundation and resource for schools, businesses, and organizations.
Over the 2025–2026 academic year, the LEARN Framework© will be intentionally integrated into the daily life of Unity Christian School. From classroom interactions and staff collaboration to leadership development and community outreach, LEARN will serve as the guiding compass for building a school environment where values are lived out, voices are heard, and character is strengthened.
