C2 Security Group recently hosted an Active Shooter Response Training course for less experienced personnel seeking to build practical skills and confidence in high-threat environments.

Focused on single-officer response tactics, the course challenged participants to think critically, move effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure. Through hands-on instruction and realistic scenarios, attendees developed skills in threat recognition, tactical movement, room entry considerations, communication, and the mindset needed when every second matters.

More than a training course, this experience helped turn uncertainty into confidence while building a strong foundation for professional security operations.

2025 was a big year for us. A lot of learning curves, a lot of hard lessons, a lot of growth, and a lot of wins that happened because of the team we have behind us and the people helping lead from the front.

A lot of times, we praise the guys on the ground, and they absolutely deserve it. But sometimes we forget about the people behind the scenes keeping the wheels turning, solving problems, putting out fires, and helping move this company forward every single day.

So this is a thank you to everyone involved.

C2 Security Group has never claimed to be the biggest or the best. We just believe in doing honest work, doing right by people, and giving everything we have to whatever mission is in front of us.

The goal is simple. Just be 1% better than we were yesterday.
