In 2010, Dr. Li Cai formally joined the company as a third managing partner and, with his arrival, VPG was able to expand its mission to offer state-of-the-art IRT software (flexMIRT®) and a web-based electronic data capture a
nd adaptive testing platform (Adaptest®). VPG currently has a total of seven permanent members (our three managing partners, a lead developer, a senior psychometrician, a behavioral data scientist, and an administrative coordinator) as well as access to high-quality contractors in the fields of statistics/psychometrics, programming, and interface design when needed, all of whom have been rigorously vetted and hold advanced degrees in their fields of expertise. We serve academic, government, and corporate clients and has been an integral part of teams winning competitive government contracts.
