Completed the Construction Plan Reading course as part of the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) Technical Training Series for Small Highway Contractors.

This isn’t just a certificate.
It’s preparation.

Preparation to:
• Read and interpret NCDOT construction plans with confidence
• Support contractors and consultants with accurate project estimates
• Step into transportation and infrastructure consulting with real technical understanding
• Position Sezhel to pursue state opportunities the right way, qualified, trained, and ready

Grateful for the opportunity to learn directly from the standards used by North Carolina Department of Transportation engineers and project teams.

Honored to spend time with the incredible students of ALPFA at East Carolina University for a live Business Finance Case Study session.

What an engaged, curious, and sharp group of future leaders. Their questions, perspectives, and hunger to learn reminded me why I love what I do.

This was me today.

Fitness doesn’t come easy to me… and if I’m honest, neither does entrepreneurship some days.

There are moments I don’t feel ready.
Moments I feel behind.
Moments where it would be easier to stay comfortable.

But I’ve learned this:
The discipline you build in private shows up in your business.

Showing up to the gym when I don’t feel like it…
Is the same muscle I use to show up for my clients, my team, and my vision.

No shortcuts. Just consistency.
