$100M in state funding. 15+ community partners aligned. One unified vision for behavioral health in South Carolina's P*e Dee region.

When the SC legislature allocated funding to pilot a centralized behavioral health hub, the region faced a real challenge: historically independent, even competing, health systems needed to align around a single model, and fast.

KCG stepped in as the facilitator to unite regional providers, build a shared governance structure, and translate competing interests into a single proposal that secured the full $100M grant. From there, we stayed on to convert that vision into an ex*****on roadmap.

A regional challenge became a coordinated, community-centered solution, backed by the partners who will carry it forward.
