That viral post about Chase approving LLC owners for $150k with no proof of revenue? Chase never announced it. And the method behind it can land everyday people in federal trouble while the guru keeps his course money. 13 years in banking. I had to say something. Send this to someone who commented CHASE.

I don’t find this funny.

I see a young person who may have never been taught how financing works.

After 13 years in banking, I learned that many financial mistakes aren’t caused by a lack of intelligence—they’re caused by a lack of education.

That’s one of the reasons I started Vault & Virtue Financial Coaching.

Financial literacy matters. The more you know, the more confident your financial decisions become.

Need help understanding credit, debt, budgeting, or preparing for homeownership? Let’s talk.

Vault & Virtue was built on 13 years of experience and one simple belief:

Most people aren’t bad with money. They just haven’t had someone take the time to sit down, explain the process, and help them create a plan.

My career started at Wells Fargo, where I spent 5.5 years growing from Teller to Customer Service Representative to Personal Banker. I later joined South Carolina Federal Credit Union, where I served as a Financial Sales Representative, Assistant Financial Center Manager, and Financial Center Manager.

Over those 13 years, I worked with hundreds of individuals and families from all walks of life. I saw people who wanted to improve their credit, buy a home, pay off debt, save money, and build a better future—but many simply didn’t know where to start.

That’s what led me to become a financial coach.

Today, I no longer work for a bank or credit union. I work for you.

Through Vault & Virtue, my goal is to help you better understand your finances, navigate the financial system with confidence, and create a realistic plan to reach your goals.

Whether you’re working on your credit, preparing for homeownership, or simply trying to gain control of your finances, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Buying a home shouldn’t feel like a guessing game.

After 13 years in banking, I’ve seen many people get denied for reasons that could have been addressed with the right plan.

That’s why I’m creating the Home Readiness Blueprint™ — a practical guide to help you understand what lenders look for and how to prepare with confidence.

If homeownership is one of your goals, follow my page and stay tuned for updates.

🏡 Homeownership starts with a plan.

I spent 13 years in banking, and every few months a new “business credit hack” goes viral.

The problem?

Many of these posts leave out important details or worse, encourage people to do things that could put their credit, business, or finances at risk.

Before you trust any financial advice online, ask yourself:

Would this still work if the lender knew the whole truth?

If not, that’s a red flag.

Your credit score matters.

But it isn’t the only thing that matters.

If you’re planning to buy a home in the next 12 months, understanding the full picture can save you a lot of frustration.

Comment HOME if that’s your goal.
