Meetings are where minutes are kept but hours are lost.

Just because it is easy to invite 30 of your closest friends and colleagues to a Zoom or physical meeting doesn't mean you should do it!

According to Zippia:
there are 55 million meetings held each week
the average worker spends at least 3 hours per week in meetings
surveys show 71% of meetings are unproductive.

So ask yourself if its just sharing information why not send an email.

Every meeting should have a clear purpose and agenda circulated ahead of time

Actions should be captured, accountabilities assigned and in the next meeting you begin with a review of past actions.

Here's a tip--try taking all the chairs away--standing meetings help the blood flow and tend to be much shorter!!
