Are you working on the RIGHT things?

This is important. 3years ago, I was starting with no advertisement or retail experience and was new to social media, but I knew I needed 4-5 figures a month to leave my corporate job🤦🏾‍♀️. But in my first five months in business, I was getting one customer a month👀

But I wanted it bad.

So it was time for me to start focusing on the Brand and Marketing strategies that can help, and boy, it took my business to the NEXT LEVEL. I assume I needed a lot of followers and a catalog full of inventory, but my top selling three items was all I needed. Once I mastered my brand and Marketing Strategies, generating 4-5 figures a Month consistently was EASY work for me ✨

I have watched so many entrepreneurs throw in the towel, thinking they needed more followers or a website full of products to elevate their business 🤦🏾‍♀️

Here are a few principles to live by:

Mind your own business.
Invest money consistently.
Don't give people a 3rd chance to disappoint you.
Limit who has access to you.
Trust who people show you they are.
Only take advice from people who are qualified.
Money is a tool - use it to improve your life.

5 Mistakes To Avoid When Growing your Brand Visibility on Social Media

➡️1. Waiting for the perfect time: If you wait for the “perfect time” to increase your brand awareness, you risk missing out on opportunities to connect with potential customers and clients.

➡️2. Comparing your results to someone else: It can lead to unrealistic expectations and drive you to make decisions based on what others are doing rather than what is best for your own brand.

➡️3. Giving up too fast: If you give up too quickly, you may miss out on creative and effective strategies that could have helped your business grow and succeed.

➡️4. Dreading the hard work: If you are not willing to put in the effort required to succeed, you may not be able to achieve your goals or grow your business as much as you would like.

Throwing in the TOWEL isn’t an option…

Entrepreneurship is not for everyone, and with its ups and down, it could be so easy to throw in the towel.

I remember my first year in business, which was 2020; by the end year, with the pandemic, homeschooling two boys and a curious toddler, working corporate, and getting my business off the ground, I was burned out. 😮‍💨🥱🥺

But I kept pushing, and I’m so glad I did because 2021 was the year my business elevated, generating five figures a month consistently. With my business taking off, I able to leave my 9 to 5 March 2021, and start my empire from there.

So to sum it up, don’t quit ….

I remember when my first post went viral 🥳

Like many new entrepreneurs, I was seeing all of these businesses' posts and videos at the time go viral, and I rejected thinking to myself I wanted my content to do the same. Well, my wish came true, and I had 100k views and so many shares in literally 12 hours after I posted 👀🙌 I felt like I had accomplished what was needed to take my business to the next level, but guess what? All those views got me followers but not enough sales, but enough to leave corporate.

It took me learning about business strategy and mastering it that carry my business from 4 figure months to 5 figure months. I started to coach other companies around me with a strategy specifically for their businesses, and they were also able to elevate their businesses.

Having a business strategy is crucial for any successful business. A business strategy outlines how you plan to achieve your goals and objectives and helps you make informed decisions about various aspects of your business, such as marketing, sales, and operations. It is a roadmap that guides you toward success and allows you to stay aligned with your mission, vision, and values. If you don’t already have a business strategy, then it would be a good idea to develop one.

From Business Owner to Business Coach …I’m so ready for what’s next 💪🏽

Hello everyone, I am Tiara Williams, your favorite Business Strategy /Empowerment Coach, and I am honored to help career-driven women transition from corporate to full-time entrepreneurship.

I have been able to grow and elevate my previous business into generating five figures a month, consistently allowing me the opportunity to walk away from my corporate job in March 2021.

Entrepreneurial is not easy but worth it, and I have been fighting to still build a strong brand even with the life challenges I have faced since I left corporate.

Through it all, I kept going through surgeries due to stage IV Endometriosis, losing my closest brother, who was only 31, and fighting Covid with pneumonia for six weeks, not to mention depression. Let’s say I wanted to lay there and tap out so bad, but I knew I had to keep fighting even when the depression meds had me feeling zombie-like, lol 😂 but guess what? I knew my purpose wasn’t over, and I still had things to accomplish.

That were life-changing events. We are not even going to talk about the everyday obstacles and different hats entrepreneurs wear on a daily. I’m excited to be in this season where I get to help others like myself Elevate their Businesses as well.

I will start accepting new clients soon, and I am ready to get you from your current life to your desired life.
