Today is the start of International Coaching Week. I’ve been reflecting on a pivotal season in my journey.

Before I took the leap into entrepreneurship, I worked with coaches who helped me gain the clarity and confidence to walk away from a 17-year career in finance.

At the time, the decision felt both exciting and uncertain. Coaching gave me space to think differently, challenge my assumptions, and reconnect with what I truly wanted for my life and leadership.

What I didn’t fully realize then was that those conversations were not just preparing me for a career change, they were preparing me to lead, serve, and support others through transformation as well.

Today, as a coach, facilitator, and leadership development partner, I’m grateful to create that same space for professionals navigating growth, transition, and reinvention.

Coaching has the power to help people see possibility beyond fear, move with intention, and step more fully into who they are becoming.
That journey changed my life and it’s why this work continues to matter so deeply to me.

Attending the inaugural gala for the Atlanta Black Chambers was a wonderful experience. It was inspiring to see so many business owners celebrating one another. Since joining the chamber at the end of 2023, I have built valuable relationships and partnerships with many remarkable individuals. This journey has been truly rewarding, and I am excited about what the future holds.
