Is it really not easy to...
#1 Care about the customer rather than what you need from them?
#2 Ask questions that focus on their needs rather than yours?
#3 Listen to them rather than thinking about what to say next?
#4 Be patient and let the customer talk?
#5 Remain objective and open-minded to help them identify the best solution?
