PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST BEFORE CONTACTING US. This is a short list that covers many asked questions.
Country Valley MHC strives to offer high-quality, affordable and safe housing opportunities for our residents. I AM CURRENTLY SELLING NEW SINGLEWIDES FOR AROUND $49K. THEY ARE ALREADY SET UP ON OUR RENTED LOTS. LOT RENT IS $350.
1. ALL potential residents must pass our background checks. The cost is $45. Absolutely no one with prior convictions of any s*xual or drug use will be allowed to occupy or purchase ANY of our properties.
2. We DO NOT sell the land. We only sell the home. We only will sell to the future homeowner. We are not interested in flippers. We sell these homes very close to what we have in them. The home may be moved after 3 year and /or paid off.
3. Due to our insurance, No Pit bulls or any other aggressive animals will be allowed.
4. All animals will be "inside animals" collared, fixed and up to date with vaccinations.
5. Lot rent currently runs between 330 and 350 a month.
6. We have new inventory to sell all the time. We can offer the opportunity for financing through a lender WOC. They will usually ask for tax, job, and rental history. and around 10% down. We DO NOT offer owner financing or rent to own.
Some homes are cash only.
