Last week I worked on organizing the boys room. They share room so I have to keep it very tidy & minimal! Glad to report my efforts have paid off this week!

Getting organized for school is very important for the entire family. We created a "Command Center" last year that we will put back in place when school starts. This helped both my boys know what is expected before and after school. Homework gets done, snacks get eaten, chores get done, and they get rewarded for all their accomplishments with "Screen time". What kid doesn't want more "screen time". Monday- Thursday school days we don't allow it, so they look forward to Friday nights and the weekend.

This system can be customized for any family no matter the age/size.

Trip Organization tip: Pack activities for kiddos to do so they don't drive you crazy.

I happened to have Bingo cards, so to make it kid friendly, I laminated them so they can use dry erase markers instead of chips to cross off their #.
