Leadership is only possible if you can be led. The foundation of authority is not power but the humility to follow and be accountable to others.

Grateful for so many communities over the last 24+ years of fathering where I have been able to model this posture in real time for my kids.

Fatherhood is submission first. In all things.

This wasn’t just a conversation about fatherhood. It was a practical masterclass in the facts. If we want to change outcomes for children, we have to engage fathers. We have to equip them, engage them and champion for them to get and remain emotionally healthy fathers who know how to show up.
