Benjamin Teal The core of our personal philosophy is simple. 'Grinding’ and 'hacking' is the LEAST effective way to grow your business. Effort. Attitude.

The real secret is in these 3 areas:

Hustle.

Solid days like this remind me why the grind is worth it.

Started the morning with therapy—because just like a solid workout, you’ve got to keep the mental adjusted and pointed in the right direction. Always a good start.

Lifted with Cole today—couldn’t ask for a better partner. (And let’s be real, those quads speak for themselves. We really are “run and gun.”) The gym’s the perfect metaphor: turning struggle into strength, just like hard work fuels growth—in happiness and success.

The snow on the palm trees outside? A contrast that says it all—kind of like how the biggest transformations always come from the most unexpected places.

Later, Cole and I spun some Kendrick Lamar on vinyl (we’re hitting the energy floor for his concert in May), and it just hit right. Vinyl feels different. It’s raw and real—like the stuff that really sticks with you.

After a day of lifting, grinding, and winning, I kicked my feet up and breathed it all in. A day well lived. Some days, it’s not about chasing anything; it’s about knowing you’re already on the right path.

Momentum Monday:

Started the week strong with a full plate:
✅ Published a new blog post on BenTeal.com.
✅ Signed a new client and set up a meeting with another potential client for tomorrow.
✅ Wrote two key emails for the Regulators Baseball Club.
✅ Got in a solid workout—chest and tris today.
✅ Coached baseball during Winter Workout #1 while rocking the sexy pom-pom beanie.
✅ Even made it to the doctor—113/74. Feels good.

Progress isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up every day and stacking small wins. One workout, one email, one client meeting at a time—it all compounds.

When you focus on consistent, compounding effort (CXC), momentum becomes inevitable.

Keep building. 💯

Some days start with a little chaos—like when my Lego plant hit the ground hard this morning. Luckily, Cole says his green thumb can revive it.

On the bright side, I’m finally making progress in turning this space into the vlog studio it’s meant to be.

Also, let’s not talk about the dust I found after moving my Herman Miller chair. It looks like I’ve been working in the North Pole. Gross.

By this time tomorrow, though, this room will be ready to roll. Stay tuned—big things coming soon. 🚀

Have you ever noticed how satisfying it is when everything just… fits?

Rearranging my workspace today was like putting together a set of Russian nesting dolls—each desk nested perfectly into place, creating a setup that feels balanced, intentional, and ready for action.

This isn’t just about organization—it’s about creating a space where the pieces of my goals, ideas, and work come together. And now, it’s also the backdrop for something new: my daily vlog.

I’ll be sharing the behind-the-scenes journey of building a business, refining systems, and chasing goals—one small step at a time. Because big progress isn’t about big leaps; it’s about consistent action that fits together seamlessly.

Take a look around your own space. Does it reflect where you’re headed? Or is it holding you back?

What’s one small change you could make today to help everything fit just a little better? Let me know in the comments—I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Oh, and stay tuned—the first vlog episode drops soon. I’m excited to share this journey with you.

It’s wild how much can change in 12 months.

On January 1, 2024 at 3:41PM, I stepped on the scale and took a picture. 287.8 pounds.

Today, at 11:44PM, just over 365 days later, I stepped on the scale again. No picture this time. Didn't feel like fixing my hair. 😆 But I did have one from a week ago.

But this isn’t just about the numbers—though 70 pounds and 7.7% body fat (a 29% reduction from 26.5% to 18.8%) are milestones I’m *proud* of.

It’s about what those numbers represent: the battles fought, the late nights, the moments of doubt, and the decision to keep going anyway.

Almost two weeks after the "before" picture was a dark day. January 13, 2024 is a day I won't forget, as much as I would like to.

So, looking back at where I started, it’s not just the physical transformation that stands out—it’s the mindset. The resilience. The commitment to something bigger.

There’s a story behind every pound, every lift, and every meal planned. A story of setbacks, comebacks, and ultimately, progress. And trust me, it hasn’t always been smooth.

Maybe I’ll share the full story one day. But for now, I just want to say this: You’re capable of so much more than you think. One step, one choice, one day at a time—it all adds up.

What would you start today if you knew you’d look back in a year and be unrecognizable?

Let’s make this year the one where we become who we’re meant to be.

Who's coming with me?

// What's Your Favorite Restaurant? What Did You Order? //

There's no shortage of nice restaurants.

Some are spectacular. We like to dine and talk and hang out with family and friends.

Some overwhelm you with choice and portion size. Like the Cheesecake Factory. There's something for everyone there. Nothing is outstanding. (Some would argue the actual cheesecake, but I don't like cheesecake, so I couldn't tell you). But you can take a group of 30 there and not worry about whether Aunt Agnes will find something she can eat.

Olive Garden says 'When You're Here, You're Family.'

They want you to picture those fun, family meals. To reminisce.

They pull you in with unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks. It's a portion size and value trick. From there, they take you through a list of about 20 entrees. That's a lot of choices, but they do specialize in 'Italian'.

And then there's my favorite restaurant.

Sitting at the edge of the Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip is Gordon Ramsay burger.

There are exactly two pages on the menu, and one of them is only drinks (in true Las Vegas style).

The other is simply a selection of the best burgers on earth (in my opinion, but I'm right).

They've taken the hamburger and elevated it. Put it on a pedestal. And they've charged nearly $20 for it.

Because they can. Because it's that good.

It's half the reason I fly to Las Vegas.

The atmosphere is Las Vegas. It's not really a family restaurant. But they don't seem to care. They do care that you're eating the best hamburger they can possibly create. You want lasagna? Too bad, go someplace else.

It reminds me of my online agency. We aren't the Cheesecake Factory. We are Gordon Ramsay burger.

We build online marketing frameworks and optimize them. We don't do Facebook ads or product creation. We don't write sales letters.

Tech and analytics. High end. White glove. We are the best in the world at it. We are looking to work with people that appreciate a good 'burger.' Not people who stumble in not knowing what they want to eat, hoping we can provide it.

What's your favorite restaurant, and why?
