So enjoyed sharing with Fridays@4 strategies to tee us up for a fantastic 2025! Participants shared top barriers to thriving included lack of clarity in work expectations & how it fits into the strategy and the overwhelm and pace of work. We talked about how deleting, defining, designing, and delivering can make all the difference in our lives, careers, teams, and our organizations! Participants indicated they would be excited in 2025 to be included in key discussions about designing the future and our work.
