If you’re new to Esther & Elsa, orientation is required before your first pop-up with us. We’ll walk through what to expect, how our events work and the things you’ll want to know before your first market day.

When we’re building a vendor lineup, we’re looking at the whole picture. How many businesses are selling similar products? What’s missing? Where are we seeing something new? Does the mix give shoppers a reason to keep exploring?

Because accepting another jewelry business or vintage seller doesn’t just affect that one application. It affects every other business selling alongside them.

There’s a lot happening between “applications closed” and “you’ve been accepted.” And that’s exactly how it should be.

Front Porch is this Saturday, so this is your reminder to get the market-day stuff out of your brain and onto your checklist.

✔️ Check your inventory and load up your best sellers
✔️ Charge your card reader + portable chargers
✔️ Pack your tent weights and market-day setup
✔️ Double-check your signage and pricing
✔️ Bring plenty of water + whatever you need to stay comfortable
✔️ Have a plan for sharing that you’re at The Porch before AND during the market

And maybe don’t wait until Friday night to find out where your tablecloth is.

If you’re new to Esther & Elsa, Vendor Orientation is a mandatory stop before your first pop-up with us. You’ve got two chances to knock it out this month.

We’re also closing applications for two of our biggest remaining opportunities of the season, so don’t let those deadlines sneak past you.

If you’re a small business owner, September might feel like November. You’re prepping fall markets while thinking about holiday inventory while trying to remember what month you’re actually living in.

So here’s your reminder from people who spend a lot of time looking at market calendars: look ahead now. Check your application deadlines, map out the dates you’ve already committed to and leave yourself some room to actually run your business between them.

Your October self would probably appreciate it. 😉
