Meet Madison Gross 👋
Madison serves as the On-Site Executive Administrator at Wingspan Performance®, supporting smooth, efficient operations across the home office. From day-to-day coordination to client onboarding and office flow, her work creates space for advisors to stay focused on client service at the highest level.
Before Wingspan Performance®, Madison earned her degree in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University and spent three years teaching second and third grade in Charlotte and Indianapolis. That experience shaped a strong foundation in organization, communication, adaptability, and time management skills she brings into every interaction with the team and clients.
Outside the office, Madison enjoys time with her husband, Matt, and their dog, S***k. You’ll often find her outdoors hiking or relaxing on the lake. Her care for people and service-driven mindset show up daily, making her a steady, thoughtful presence across the Wingspan Performance® team.

Bruce Stankavage serves as a Leadership Performance Advisor at Wingspan Performance®, bringing decades of experience across entrepreneurship, business leadership, and performance development. He works with leaders who carry real responsibility—fast decisions, high stakes, and teams counting on them—then helps them tighten ex*****on and lead with intention under pressure.
Before Wingspan®, Bruce spent more than 25 years founding, operating, and successfully exiting multiple businesses in commercial real estate and self-storage. That experience shaped his approach: practical, direct, and built for the real world where decisions show up in outcomes.
Bruce also holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, giving him an additional edge in helping leaders recognize patterns that sabotage performance—especially in communication, accountability, and decision-making. He brings that perspective in a straightforward way that translates into action.
Outside of work, Bruce enjoys time with his wife Liz, and their three sons. A former collegiate athlete, he pulls lessons from sport, business, and fatherhood—then uses them where they belong: in the moments leaders get tested.

If you’ve explained it 3+ times… it’s not a technical issue anymore.
When leaders say:
“Mary Beth isn’t doing that.”
“William isn’t following through.”
The first question isn’t what’s wrong with them.
It’s this: Is this a technical gap—or a behavioral one?
If the steps are clear and the training already happened, the problem has moved into behavior: ownership, standards, and follow-through.
And the fastest way to influence behavior starts with practicing your part—daily.
Not big overhauls. What to practice:
✅ tighten the question you’re asking
✅ write out what you’re really wanting to say
✅ wordsmith it until it’s clean and direct
✅ lead the conversation instead of repeating it
