It may not be the most glamorous part of the work, but building affordable homes that provide stability and hope for local families requires more than swinging hammers. Behind every build day and welcome home celebration is a strong administrative foundation that keeps everything moving.

Over the past year, we’ve been grateful for partners who show up for our mission in often unseen — but deeply impactful — ways. Thank you to Apparo and Secure Ideas for their generous donations of time, expertise, and support to our internal operations.

Please join us in welcoming one of our newest board members, Steve Turner, Managing Director, Head of Data, Analytics & Insights Technology at Bank of America! Steve brings over 30 years of leadership in data and analytics, digital technology, and DevOps transformation.

His impressive career spans senior leadership roles, and he has also served through his work in naval intelligence, cryptology, and consulting with the US Navy. Steve is deeply engaged in the community, volunteering with organizations like The First Tee of Greater Charlotte and Furnish for Good, and more. We’re honored to have Steve’s strategic insight and heart for service on our Board.
