Through a creative partnership between the Independence Fund, Second Harvest Food Bank and Veterans Bridge Home, there will be assistance in the form of food packages (contactless delivery), medical supplies and gift cards to those in the Charlotte area who would benefit from safely receiving these items and that are at risk when in the community due to underlying conditions, age or other reasons. Please take advantage of this opportunity if it applies to you as there are many resources available and waiting for you to utilize.

VBH, The Independence Fund, and Second Harvest Food Bank are partnering to provide 100 emergency food packages for Veterans in need in the Charlotte area during this COVID crisis. Our volunteers will be providing contactless delivery on May 23rd of both perishable and non-perishable food items.
