I used to stare at myself in the mirror, wanting to get back to my body when I was 20. One day, something clicked...

I was in my own way. I was too focused on going back to my "old" self physically, drawing comparisons and judging myself against what I saw on social media. I couldn't see the opportunity in front of me.

What was the opportunity? The opportunity was me learning to embrace my 30 year old body, appreciating her, taking care of her, and treating her well.

Now when I look in the mirror, I smile.
