The obsession with RD has been years, YEARS LONG. Despite being Charlotteans like , my kids are obsessed with the season and the unstoppable Rick Devens.

As some of you may know, I’ve written my first novel. I’ve been asked to submit my manuscript to a couple of agents, and now I’m in the waiting game to see if any of them would like to represent me. Typically takes a few months, which is NBD, because I’m super patient. :-P

Anyway, there are a few writing contests, and I plan to submit my first page to this one, so you may see this post in a few places. Posting in social is their only requirement.

For those of you who feel they have a novel or two in them, check out the workshops. They’re solid.
