I had the pleasure of joining my colleagues Zakenya Perry Neely, Director of Partnerships; Ebnoi Delaney, Director of Policy and Movement; Mischell Davis, Louisiana Leaders Shaping Leaders Program Manager; and Shannan Smith, Louisiana Policy Analyst, along with The National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) inaugural Louisiana Leaders Shaping Leaders Cohort I Fellows, to celebrate their graduation with the Louisiana early childhood community and philanthropy partners!

Celebrating this incredible cohort and the leadership of Zakenya Perry Neely was a WHOLE VIBE!

These Family Child Care CEOs are doing BIG things across Louisiana, and I am so proud to have had the opportunity to serve as their coach and mentor alongside my girl, Tessie Ragan
