Pinpoint HVAC Diagnostics and Consulting is geared to providing cost effective HVAC diagnosis and reports to insurance companies. The HVAC diagnosis reports will contain detailed information in regards to their customers’ cause of damages, and if the HVAC repairs/replacement are reasonable and related to the cause of damages. Pinpoint HVAC will also provide at least 3 price quotes for the HVAC’s r
epairs or replacement from repair facilities within their specialized network. Pinpoint HVAC will form a bridge between the insurance company’s adjusters, their customers and the HVAC repair companies. Pinpoint HVAC will strive to keep the insurance company’s adjusters informed throughout the entire process, from claim submission to the submission of Pinpoint HVAC’s final diagnosis report. Pinpoint HVAC will rely upon their certified technicians’ network to complete the inspections of the HVAC units and provide a diagnosis. By utilizing repair companies within our specific network, Pinpoint HVAC will be able to reduce the costs normally associated with long distance and/or out of territory HVAC diagnosis, i.e. Depending on the specific diagnosis, the certified technicians will provide detailed information and at least 3 quotes regarding the HVAC unit’s repair along with the associated parts, or the quotes will be provided for the HVAC unit’s replacement. For a minimum additional charge(s), Pinpoint HVAC will also assist with HVAC supplement claims and will provide a diagnosis as to whether the additional charges are warranted, reasonable and/or related to the initial cause of damages.
