As I write this, it's with a mix of emotions. Over the past few years, I've been building and developing iMEO to help improve the workplace. Although we've been fortunate to work with great clients in various industries and stages, and to meet tons of amazing people, it's time for us to take the next step into our vision.

We have some exciting news to share with you: we are shifting our focus towards building a new software company. While we are sad to announce that iMEO Company will be decommissioned in the near future, we are thrilled to take the next step towards our vision.

For clarity, this is not a transition of iMEO Company, this is an entirely new venture.

Currently, we are working diligently behind the scenes in stealth mode to develop our software. When the time is right, we will launch the company to the public. Our primary outlets will be LinkedIn and our newly rebranded YouTube channel, so be sure to follow us to stay up-to-date on our journey.

What does this mean?

1- iMEO Company will be decommissioned in the near future but I will still take on small projects here and there as a consultant to generate income while self-funding the software development.

2 - I'll still provide insights and business videos when possible. However, it won't be as consistent as I was with iMEO Company. My focus will be on the software company and Instagram content not related to that is a distraction.

3 - I'll post periodical updated on the software here but from me as an individual and not a company outlook. DM me if you work 100% remote and you are a leader with decision making power in your company to learn more about the software concept.

We would like to take a moment to say thank you to everyone we've interacted with over the past few years through iMEO. The process of building this company has taught us a lot of things we'll take into our new software company.

Active listening is a powerful tool that can help strengthen relationships and build trust. When we actively listen to someone, we're not just hearing their words - we're also paying attention to their emotions, body language, and tone of voice. We're fully present in the moment, with an open mind and heart, ready to truly connect.

It's extremely important to take this approach in a remote environment.

Many people think that you can't build that connection through the screen. I disagree. I believe it's how you approach it that matters the most rather than physical in person meet ups.

If we don't make our actions intentional, we will let me steer us in the wrong direction.

Make a note, next week, instead of trying to do multiple things when on a Zoom call or meeting or in person meet up, try active listening.

Be intentional.
