PUBLIC SERVICE ADVISORY

Local waterway officials have asked us to clear up some confusion.

SleepingFish Tech is a locally owned, mobile, I.T. support business.
It's been brought to our attention that our name may have caused some, misunderstandings...

They request that we urge our would be customers to keep water ways free of devices to prevent putting stress on local fish populations as they find it difficult to use said devices due to having fins and not fingers.

We've promised to help by offering affordable in home support for you and your frustrating technology. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Last week I had the pleasure of helping Sharleen get her home office set up. Sharleen works as a realtor & notary (she's in the Cleveland area if you need either of those services).

Her printer was having trouble automatically switching between legal and letter file sizes, and we were able to get it working.

Since then there have been a few hiccups: settings, resetting, the company using different software, causing issues with the process. Since then I've been able to assist remotely to fix these issues as they appear.

I appreciate your patience with me and your tech, Sharleen.❤️

If you or anyone you know is dealing with printer issues, home office setup, or just annoying changes in your process, reach out and explain your issue and I would be happy to help!
