I am experienced working with couples, and families, I have training in the Gottman method and I have a strong family systems philosophy. I have trained in MCBT and like to break down mindfulness to help people feel confident learning and using it in their daily lives

. I am a certified clinical anxiety professional and do my best to break down anxiety to a more unstandable concept. I have experience with the Assistive ware program proloque2go and I have been working professionally and personally with the program since it has came out. I have experience with IEP meetings and work hard to help clear up all the issues that are associated with that.
