I’m Madisyn Witcher, a third generation auctioneer, real estate agent with Marcum Real Estate and a Cross County native. In true Madisyn fashion, I didn’t write any of this until nearly midnight last night. My grandparents started the original auction company in 1972. In 2021, my family started our own auction company, Witcher Farms specializing in farm and heavy equipment auctions. I grew up “helping” with personal & real property auctions, and have missed them for years. I decided several months back #1, I would be the third generation and first female in our family to be a licensed auctioneer and #2 that I wanted to return to my roots, by conducting personal & real property auctions, but with a modern twist.
