Johnny and I are traveling tomorrow to sign closing paperwork for our business....

The business has been sold and Johnny helped a crew to move out everything but the big machines.....

I know the equipment is going to a good place where they will continue on with this trade...

I am both very excited and sad about this....

We entered into a formal agreement to sell our business....

I am very grateful knowing this trade will continue on....

But I am heartbroken my dream has finally ended.....

I was able to get into my shop and take pictures of the equipment and I made up a detailed list too... 👍

Now I can email this to the companies that have been in contact with me...

This was hard to do... Letting go of your dream isn't easy..... 😢

I have received some positive responses on the sale of our business...

As I have battled Heart Failure I have been overseeing our family business...

But unfortunately this past Summer I was challenged with another health crisis....

I was looking forward to Johnny running the operations. But he would rather Hone and Lap without the pressure of running the business....

By the end of 2021 I will close my business...

I have instructed my son and daughter to start inventoring the equipment to be sold.....

If anyone is interested please contact me and you can look and see what you want to purchase....

I am saddened and making tough decisions is not easy....

As we close out 2020 I want to thank all of our customers who helped us during this few years of transition!

I have now turned over the reign of control to my son John Jr.

I have been fighting a health issue and this year I was hit with another health problem.

I have the most confidence John Jr ( Johnny ) can continue on with our " Do the job right the first time " Motto !!!!

I will always be here for our customers to call with questions......
