Partner: James R. Ricks currently serves as a senior sourcing and contracting analyst with a major non-profit, public mission financial organization. Prior to joining this firm, he spent five years at a major credit card company in various roles within the Enterprise Supplier Management organization. These roles included strategic sourcing and supplier management where he managed a portfolio of technology suppliers supporting their Consumer Card Line of Business. James spent three years as a contracting officer with the federal government where he created strategies and managed the full range of pre and post-award contracting activities for acquisition of technical and professional services in eight information technology functional areas. He facilitated requirements development, created solicitation packages, and directed all internal communications with program offices, contractors and suppliers. As procurement professional, James has led close to 100 sourcing and contracting projects spanning numerous teams and commodities centering on information technology and construction.
