As HR and people leaders, we have an incredible opportunity to leverage AI to work smarter, move faster, and make better decisions—but AI should enhance human judgment, not replace it.

I especially appreciate hearing how we can still use AI strategically, responsibly, and thoughtfully, while keeping critical thinking, accountability, and the human element at the center of our decisions.✨

I had the privilege of helping our future leaders sharpen their interview skills through the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis Youth Program at St. Louis Community College at Forest Park. Hearing one student passionately share their dream of becoming an entrepreneur and plant horticulturalist absolutely made my day! 🌱💚

I walked away inspired by this remarkable group of young people. Their confidence, ambition, and vision for the future remind us that the next generation is ready to lead. Investing in our youth today is how we cultivate stronger communities tomorrow, and I’m honored to play a small part in their journey.
