I don't trust BIG PHARM, they've never had the publics nor servicemembers best interest at heart, only profit, and more profit!!! My intentions are not to incite fear but to think and analyze and make informed decisions, especially for healthcare workers. In my opinion, it is imperative to keep the body as alkaline as possible so that if you are exposed your body can produce the antibodies needed to fight the virus.

While I'm at work that is all I'm doing is drinking clean water with lemon, elderberry, echinacea, fresh juices, loads of ginger, salads, and supplements, and all the self-care things to keep my immune system robots but I don't rely on that as if I can't get it because I do those things, but if I do my body has something to fight with. For the grace of the creator, I have not in my knowledge had it, but like so many healthcare workers come face to face with it for 12 hours multiple days out of the week. This s**t is real, people are on their death beds fighting this it's so sad.
What I know to be a fact is that if you don't produce antibodies you will die!!! Why do some people produce antibodies while others don't and subsequently die? Good question, can scientist research that one.

In addition, viruses hate when your body gets hot, that's why you get a fever when you get an infection, it's the bodies way of fighting because viruses are temperature sensitive. When I feel like I'm coming down with something I always "sweat it out" like my mom did when we were younger and that runny nose and scratchy throat and chills go bye-bye... this has happened multiple times during this pandemic I promise you, sometimes this happens while I'm at work and I drink hot tea with lemon and organic honey, elderberry and echinacea in a hot tea and I can feel my body getting hot I put on layers and lay down for an hour on my break and when I wake up it's gone I promise. If you start feeling sick drink something hot and lay your ass down..

Now, this is disturbing considering the fact that I am a service member with an autoimmune disease that tried to kick my ass last year. The fact according to this article is that whether you were deployed or not you received a battery of vaccines every year. An adjuvant is used in vaccines to give them more potency, but these additives have been known to cause autoimmune diseases and chronic vague symptomologies particularly among service members who served in the Gulf War, they got Gulf War Syndrome which is a chronic illness in which people have multiple chronic symptoms they have to live with.

Stress can lower your immune response leaving you open to infection...evidence suggest yoga and meditation as ways to reduce the stress hormone cortisol which if activated over long periods can weaken immune system particularly lymphocytes.

How stress impacts your immunity – and how to chill out
