When God gave me the vision and blue print (in January and July 2020) to start Millennials Networking I felt so many emotions. I have always been a person who aimed to please but this time around things were different. This was something God had already seen fit for me and wanted me to carry out the mission. There were times when I wanted to give up and call it quits. I felt that I wasn’t serving in my fullest potential. But as always God brought back to my remembrance of those I have helped behind the scene, those I have cheered on and motivated, and that alone is enough satisfaction for me. I had to take myself out the equation and understand that Millennials Networking isn’t just for me it’s for all of us. This 1st year was challenging and groundbreaking in its very own way. I am so excited and anxious to see what these following years will bring. Stay tuned because this is only the beginning

We are back with another one & this week we discuss the benefits of networking.

1. Strengthening relationship - Networking allows you to take those business relationships to the next level.

2. New opportunities - Everyday we seek something new and more than we already have

3. New ideas - Some times our creative juices aren’t flowing and we need motivation

4. Advice & Support - Never deny these two things because they can be beneficial in many ways

5. Raised profile - Frequency is key. The more networking you do the more people remember you.

These are just a few of many benefits of networking. The more you network the longer the list grows.

Happy Networking Thursday.

This month we we dive into the 5 W’s of Networking. Yup, that’s right we are taking it back to elementary school and exploring (Who, What, When, Where, & Why)

This Week we discuss the (WHO)
Question: Who do I network with?

Answer: Simply Everyone. When you’re out this summer make sure you network with everyone because we never know who’s connected to who. So often we shut down the people who aren’t in the same industry as us because we “believe” they can’t help us get to the next level of business. However, that is far from the truth. People outside of the industry tend to be connected to the right people. In order for your business to thrive those are the type of people you should be networking with.
