DWG Alternative Energy Hub, a new R&D and production unit within DWG Holdings, focuses on developing and commercializing low-carbon and renewable energy technologies in the CEE region and globally. DWG Alternative Energy Hub Core Focus Areas
Our work centers on 3 primary fields:
DWG Renewables: We are developing Solar, Hydro, and Wind Energy power stations. DWG Hydrogen Production Units:
We uti
lize the four main commercial hydrogen production methods: natural gas, oil, coal, and electrolysis. Steam Reforming: The current cheapest source, this process extracts hydrogen from natural gas (methane) with high efficiency. Electrolysis: This clean process uses an electrical current to split water, powered by renewable sources like wind, solar, or hydropower. Coal Gasification: We use steam to break down coal, forming a gas mix of hydrogen and carbon monoxide. The resulting coal-derived gas can be used to generate electricity more efficiently than traditional coal burning, allowing for better greenhouse gas capture. DWG Next-Generation Energy:
We also develop and invest in prospective fusion power research, including Inertial Confinement Fusion and Cold Fusion, which could provide a virtually inexhaustible energy source for millions of years. This technology could also be used for future interstellar travel, where other energy sources are not sufficient.
