One month ago today, the University of Notre Dame hosted an unforgettable evening as Luke Combs brought an incredible concert experience to campus. Monterrey Security was proud to support such a remarkable event alongside an outstanding group of professionals and partners.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Michael Seamon, Keri Kei Shibata, Brian Fremeau, the entire University Operations, Events, and Safety division, and all of the other Notre Dame personnel whose hard work and collaboration helped make the day such a success.

Thank you as well to the incredible fans whose positivity, cooperation, and enthusiasm helped make the evening both safe and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Monterrey Security extends our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Firefighter Michael Altman of the Chicago Fire Department.

Firefighter Altman made the ultimate sacrifice after sustaining critical injuries in the line of duty while responding to a structure fire on Chicago’s north side. He proudly served as a member of Truck 47, demonstrating courage and dedication in service to his community.

We keep his loved ones, especially his expectant wife and young child, in our thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. We pray for the repose of his soul and that perpetual light shine upon him.

Monterrey Security stands in unwavering support of all first responders who risk their lives every day to protect our communities. Their bravery and dedication will never be forgotten.

On Saturday, 1/10, Monterrey Security proudly provided services at Soldier Field for the Chicago Bears Wild Card Playoff game, a previously unscheduled event requiring rapid coordination and staffing under winter conditions.

Despite the short turnaround and challenging weather, our team responded without hesitation and delivered the high standard of professionalism, preparedness, and reliability that defines Monterrey Security. From team members in their first season at Soldier Field to those with more than a decade of service, our workforce once again demonstrated the strength that comes from experience, mentorship, and teamwork.

We are especially proud of the diverse background of our personnel including civilian security officers pursuing education and future careers in law enforcement working alongside seasoned professionals and retired Deputy Chiefs of police all united by a shared commitment to safety and service.

We are proud to recognize Melissa Ocampo, a Monterrey team member of more than three years, who was selected as a Chicago Bears Gameday Hero during the final regular home game of the 2025 season on January 4, 2026.

As part of this honor, Melissa had the opportunity to meet with and receive congratulations from Tim LeFevour, General Manager of Soldier Field, as well as George McCaskey (Chairman) and Kevin Warren (President and CEO) of the Chicago Bears. This was a memorable and well deserved recognition of her professionalism and dedication.

Melissa exemplifies the type of team member Monterrey Security is proud to support. In addition to her outstanding work with our organization, she is a medical assistant student pursuing a career in the medical field. At Monterrey, we believe in creating opportunities that allow our team members to grow, advance their education, and pursue long term career goals while gaining meaningful professional experience.

Extreme Cold. Exceptional Performance.

Yesterday at Soldier Field (12/14/2025), Monterrey Security provided services for the Chicago Bears’ home game against the Cleveland Browns, in what was one of the coldest games of the season.

Temperatures were in the low teens, with wind chills dipping well below zero, making it feel like -20°F or colder at times around the lakefront and stadium. Under those extreme conditions, our team still delivered top-tier professionalism, alertness, and customer service throughout the event.
