My typical Wednesday 👩🏽‍💻
8am – Reporting + checking DMs & comments.
9–12 – Meetings with marketing, sales, ads, web, customer service, production & influencers.
12 – Lunch.
1–2 – Meet w: team + more community management.
2:30–4 – Brainstorming, researching, planning new content ideas.
4–5 – Back in the comments and DMs.
5–6 – Scheduling posts, writing captions, managing the content calendar.
People think we just “post on Instagram.” 😅

The Pilot Small Business Growth Fund is now open! 🚀

Pilot.com, in partnership with Hello Alice, is awarding grants ranging from $10,000 to $50,000 to eighteen small business owners ready to invest in their growth.

The Pilot Small Business Growth Fund supports businesses that are ready to scale and grow.

Grant Details:

💰 Grants ranging from $10,000 to $50,000 (1x $50K, 2x $25K, 15x $10K)
📊 One year of free Pilot bookkeeping services for all grant recipients
🌍 Supporting business growth and scaling

This program helps business owners invest in their growth, strengthen operations, and access the financial tools they need to scale.

Applicants must be a US for-profit business with a legal entity that generated between $5,000 and $5,000,000 in gross revenue in 2025. Check the program page for full eligibility.
