One thing that I love about my job is the chance to learn about new categories, brands, and people. This past week, I had the opportunity to travel from Vegas to Olympia with the VERSA GRIPPS - Train Better team. I was impressed by the passion and strength of all the people I met. I also got to experience The Sphere for the first time, which was amazing - check out McDonald's powerful advertising.

Today I am sharing a local brand that I discovered by chance on a trip to the city. I was initially impressed by their store experience, brand story, and products but their unboxing experience and follow-up are what transformed me into a brand fan. The branded box with the unexpected detail of the city skyline inside followed by a personal thank you note and then a free gift of not just a sticker or a trinket but a T-shirt inviting me to share it, donate it, or simply enjoy it. This is branding at its best – a strong product reinforced by a simple but powerful point of view and moments of surprise and delight. Well done GETTEES
