Such an interesting read! Find out if you're working in a micromanaged environment. I know I did in several jobs before I started my business. I resisted the constant meetings, group chats "checking in" with the entire team, and felt the pressure to check in via voicemail at all hours (the late 1990s, when that was all we had available 24/7). I knew these things weren't producing better work.

Don't throw away or flush drugs you don't need anymore. Why?
Prescription and OTC medications thrown in the garbage get into the wastewater system, and purification plants can’t always remove every chemical present in the water.

Dump all the pills into a plastic bag and take them to a drug takeback location. The locations don't need to know what type of drug it is. Simply recycle the bottles they came in.

Many communities and pharmacies have Rx Drop Boxes. Find the closest one to you on the Rx Drug Drop Box website.

The truth about plastic grocery bags. Learn more by watching the video.
My tip to my clients is to switch to reusable. Once you have emptied them in the house, hang them on the doorknob, so you'll take them back to the trunk of your car the next time you go out the door.
