What a fantastic evening at Fusion: A Multicultural Experience!

I had the pleasure of attending with Adriana Torres, and we spent the evening connecting with professionals, business owners, and community leaders from across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

One of my favorite things about events like this is being reminded that business is ultimately about people. Different backgrounds, different stories, different perspectives—and yet we all come together looking for ways to learn, collaborate, and support one another.

Thank you to the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the many partner organizations that helped create such an inclusive and welcoming event.

Retirement in 2026. Let’s talk about it!

In your twilight years, you want to be relaxed, sitting on your deck laughing with your friends — not still working.

The women highlighted in this video from two days ago are in their 70s, and they’re having real conversations about retirement:
Do I have enough? Am I going to be okay?

The more I hear these conversations, and the more they show up in my day-to-day life, the more retirement doesn’t feel so far away.

It feels like it’s right around the corner.

Am I ready?

If your money isn’t growing, it’s shrinking.

Most people think saving is enough.
It’s not.

At some point, you have to ask:
Is my money just sitting… or is it working?

Wealth isn’t built by accident.
It’s built through structure, intention, and positioning.

More intentional.
More strategic.
More aligned with where you’re going.

Because the goal isn’t just to have money…
it’s to have money that multiplies.

Challenge the financial narratives that say “you can’t” — and replace them with “watch me.”

Limiting beliefs about money don’t start with numbers.
They start with stories.

“I’m bad with money.”
“I don’t make enough to plan.”
“I’ll figure it out later.”
“Investing isn’t for people like me.”

Most of these thoughts aren’t facts — they’re learned. Built from past setbacks, family patterns, or seasons where survival came before strategy.

But financial growth begins the moment you question the story.

Who said it’s too late to build wealth?
Who decided your income determines your future?
Who told you financial confidence was only for other people?

You’re allowed to learn new habits.
You’re allowed to rebuild your financial foundation.
You’re allowed to create a different outcome.

Real financial confidence doesn’t come from knowing everything.
It comes from taking the next right step — understanding your numbers, protecting what you’re building, and making intentional decisions about your future.

The only financial ceiling that truly limits you is the one you accept.
