One thing a few of my Chicago folks worried about when I moved was whether I’d still be able to find the kind of food I enjoy eating.

But this stop reminded me that if there’s a will, there’s a way.

I checked out Clean Eatz in Pueblo — right across from Cotton’s Antique Emporium — and they offer healthy bowls, meal prep options, and ready-made meals for people trying to make life a little easier.

Honestly, the visit became less about the food and more about realizing I’m slowly building a life here that fits me.

Another reminder of the mantra I’ve been carrying lately:
“I have everything I need.” 🌱💛
