It's February and I'm still SHINING!

Last year I made a commitment to myself to train, speak and make more podcast appearances this year. I'm keeping my commitment.

Debbie Prediger has invited me into her community to get poured into and to pour into.

Part of the SHINE Framework means the my self-awareness will keep me checking the order of the pour. Pour into me, then pour into them.

And this month I'm co-hosting the Connect Call with Debbie. Go figure that she is going to give me the opportunity to connect some of my favorite people together.

It's not your typical networking. Nothing I do or participate in is typical. SO if I don't make it to your DM this weekend, consider this my invitation. The link to register is below.

Last Tuesday I spoke about "Sacred Story Mapping", for sacred entrepreneurs, speakers, and creators who know their voice carries more than marketing.

I walked through my Sacred Story Mapping™ framework to transform lived experiences into narratives that heal, teach, and leave a legacy. And I shared a way to grab the full framework documents.

But what comes next? How do you put the pieces together? What's the order? How do I reach different personaility types? What if I want to make an offer?

Well here is your step! Join me in the room with Dr. Jay Johnson for The Secrets of Storytelling bring all of the pieces together so it's not a secret to you anymore!

As I sit with the final breaths of this year, I feel myself remembering the whole tapestry of it. The days that stretched me. The moments that caught me off guard. The surprises that pushed me into deeper courage. The quiet victories that no one saw but Spirit and me. The beautiful scenes that made my heart swell. The hard edges that made me stronger. All of it shaped the woman who is stepping into 2026 with renewed clarity and grace.

Through every season, I kept finding myself surrounded by the most extraordinary community of women. Women who prayed with me. Built with me. Cheered with me. Held me accountable to the version of myself I said I wanted to become. Women who reminded me that life and business are sacred work, and that none of us are meant to do it alone.

I am grateful for every conversation, every collaboration, every moment of shared wisdom and shared laughter. You made the heavy days lighter and the bright days brighter. You made the calling on my life feel possible. You made the journey worth continuing.

As we cross into 2026, I am raising a glass to what we survived, what we learned, and what we are finally ready to claim. I am celebrating the women who continue to rise with grace. I am honoring the stories we carry and the legacies we are building.

May the coming year meet you with favor. May your voice grow stronger. May your path grow clearer. And may your work reflect the sacred power already living in you.

Here’s to more joy, more alignment, more ease, and bigger rooms that honor the truth of who you are becoming.

We made it. We are standing tall. We are not done.

Cheers to greater things in 2026. ✨

Before you rush into next year’s goals, take a breath and shift the lens.

Instead of asking what you want to “do,” ask yourself what you want to hold.

So many visions fall apart because they are built on momentum rather than true capacity.

And real capacity grows from alignment, clarity, and structure. Not strain.

As you begin shaping your 2026 vision, zoom out and sit with the deeper questions. Not “What do I want to achieve?” but:

1. Who is the woman I am designing this next season for?
The expanded version of you. The one who breathes easier and leads with wisdom, not worry.

2. What support, structure, and space does she need to thrive?
Not what she can carry alone. What she should be resourced to rise with.

3. What needs to be simplified, protected, or rebuilt so she grows without losing herself?
Vision becomes sustainable when the foundation honors the woman, not just the goals.

When you answer these questions with honesty, your plans shift from dream lists to a life design that actually fits you.

Your 2026 shouldn’t drain you. It should hold you.

Save this for your planning ritual. Share it with the friend who never builds her year without you.

People love to talk about New Year’s resolutions

Every December, people get loud about their plans for the new year.

But the truth I’ve learned after years of helping women build brands, platforms, and lives they can breathe inside, is that resolutions don’t change your year.

Architecture does.

Most resolutions come from pressure, but architecture comes from clarity.

Resolutions are loud.
Architecture is lived.

Resolutions focus on action.
Architecture focuses on structure — the systems, boundaries, and beliefs that make your life make sense.

This next season isn’t asking you to “do more.”
It’s asking you to design better.

The kind of design that protects your peace.

The kind that holds your voice.
The kind that doesn’t collapse the moment life gets real.

If you want a different year, don’t write a list, build a framework

If this is speaking to you, tap the save button. Let this be your first act of honoring your new rhythm.

On this day marked by joy, generosity, and the presence of Christ, I want to pause and offer something simple and sincere: thank you.

Thank you for bringing your voice into this space.

Thank you for growing with me in ways that are sometimes quiet, sometimes bold, and often unseen.

Thank you for trusting this community to hold your wins, your questions, your reflections, and the tender parts of you that are still becoming.

Today, my prayer for you is uncomplicated and full of care.

May your home be filled with whatever your heart is craving most.

Laughter that rises from the belly and lingers.

Quiet that settles your spirit instead of rushing it.
Food that feels like comfort and memory.

Moments where you can breathe without checking the time.

Relief that gently lifts what you’ve been carrying for far too long.

Christmas has a way of anchoring us back to what truly matters.

It reminds us that it’s often the smallest joys that sustain us and make the journey feel meaningful.

Wishing you a day wrapped in warmth, and a season wrapped in grace.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, with love.

This week carries a different kind of weight.

There’s the warmth of the season, the pull toward connection, the quiet hope that things will feel lighter — and at the same time, there’s the fullness, the movement, the expectations, and the way the days seem to ask you to be everywhere and fully present all at once.

In the middle of all of that, there are small moments that don’t demand anything from you.

Moments like the pause after you finish a task, the breath you take before you respond, or the stillness that shows up when one thing ends and the next hasn’t begun yet.

Most of the year, we move past those moments without noticing them. But during Christmas week, they feel different. Softer. Almost like invitations.

They remind you that rest doesn’t always come in the form of time off or empty calendars. Sometimes it comes quietly, woven into the ordinary moments you’re already living — if you let yourself stay there long enough to feel it.

This is a week for gentler pacing.

For listening to your body without rushing to correct it.

For allowing presence to matter more than productivity, even if only in small ways.

You don’t have to slow everything down to feel grounded again.

Sometimes one unhurried moment — one breath, one pause, one small kindness toward yourself, is enough to bring you back into your body and back into the meaning of this season.

If this meets you where you are, share it with someone who might need permission to move through this week a little more gently.

Today arrives with a quieter invitation.

In the middle of a season filled with lights, lists, gatherings, and gentle overwhelm, there’s a different kind of gift available, one that doesn’t come wrapped or announced.

A few minutes of presence.
A pause that belongs only to you.

While the world hums with end-of-year movement — last errands, familiar songs, glowing windows, you’re allowed to step out of the rush for a moment. To sit. To breathe. To let the day hold you instead of asking something from you.

Put your phone down for a short while.

Settle into a chair, the edge of the bed, the quiet corner by the tree.

Let your breath slow the way it naturally does when nothing is chasing you.

There’s something about this time of year that already knows how to soften us — candlelight, early evenings, the hush after snowfall (even if only imagined). Presence lives easily here, when we give it room.

Clarity has a way of rising when the body feels safe and unhurried.

Thoughts untangle.
Emotions find their place.

The constant inner noise lowers its volume.

This small pause becomes a threshold, a moment where the season meets your nervous system with kindness. A reminder that rest is allowed, especially now. That slowing down can be sacred, especially now.

Let this week feel warm.
Let it feel grounded.

Let it feel like sitting near the fire, even if only metaphorically.

Presence doesn’t ask for perfection.
Only your willingness to arrive.

And when you return to the world, to the conversations, the celebrations, the responsibilities — carry that quiet with you like a lit candle, steady and bright.

Before you close your laptop for the week, take a moment to return to the place your leadership actually begins — your voice!

Not the voice you use for clients, not the one you use to keep peace, or the one you use to get things done

But the one that rises when no one is listening.

That voice carries your truth, that truth carries your direction.

And that direction carries your leadership.

So as you move into your weekend, ask yourself three grounding questions:

What part of me needs to be expressed?
What part of me needs to be heard?
What part of me needs to be honored?

Your voice is not something you switch on for work.

It’s a living part of who you are becoming, so lead from it!

Returning to yourself becomes easier when you’re equipped.

Your clarity deserves structure, your voice deserves organization, and your becoming deserves tools that make your next chapter sustainable.

Most women don’t struggle because they lack wisdom.

They struggle because their wisdom is scattered.

Their brilliance is unorganized.
Their message is powerful, but their process is chaotic.

This season is inviting you to support the woman you are becoming
with tools that hold the shape of your growth.

Clarity tools, structure templates, voice enhancers, positioning frameworks, all the pieces that make your return feel grounded instead of overwhelming.

I created this Speaker Asset Bundle to give you the container your voice has been craving

So you can lead, pitch, stand, and speak from a place of alignment.

I’ll drop the instructions to claim it for free in the comments!

I know the speaker you’re becoming because I’ve met her before, in the moments when you whisper truth instead of shouting

In the pauses where you let your presence speak first

In the places where your voice rises even when your confidence trembles.

You are not becoming a speaker by accident.

You are becoming one because life has been preparing you through every lesson you survived

Every boundary you learned to hold

Every truth you finally said out loud.

Your voice carries wisdom shaped by lived experience, and as you continue to grow, your presence is learning to hold the weight of that wisdom.

Being a speaker is about stewardship, and not about stages.

Stewarding your story.
Stewarding your voice.

Stewarding the impact your truth is capable of creating.

I see the speaker you’re becoming, one who leads without performing

One who teaches from healing, not hustle, one who shifts rooms without raising her volume.

And she’s closer than you think.
