Exciting news! CSBoyce Nonprofit Solutions is undergoing a shift, so you'll see changes (listed briefly below) in the next week or two as I make the transitions across different platforms.
BUSINESS MODEL
• From project-based retainer work
• To products, productized services, coaching, and consulting
MISSION
• From helping nonprofits with day-to-day operations and management.
• To helping independent contractors secure project-based work with organizations whose missions align with their values.
SERVICES
• For nonprofits, social enterprises, and cooperatives, I'm still delivering content and resources on recruitment and onboarding.
• For freelancers, independent contractors, and digital nomads, I'm creating content and resources to help them position themselves to secure mission-based project work.
• There is a lot of potential here, and I'm taking this journey one step at a time.
BUSINESS NAME
• In the short term, the name will be CSBoyce Consulting, Nonprofit Solutions until a new more suitable one is decided. I will be incorporating in Illinois before the end of 2026.
This change is not so much of a pivot as it is a culmination of my different career, business, and academic pursuits over my entire life. It sets my purposes and passions on a course together in one direction while also staying open for new paths as discoveries are made and adventures undertaken.
I look forward to being more present on this page by sharing existing and upcoming content directly from my website. In the meantime, I've redesigned the website, so feel free to take a look.
