RESUME SERVICES
We meet with each client first through a consultation to determine their needs and gather pertinent information. We write a first draft of the resume and send it to our client for approval. Upon approval, we make any corrections and then provide our client with a final finished product. Resumes will be sent to the client via email. Printed copies may be done upon request for an additional charge. Basic resume services fees start at $99.00.

We meet with each client first through a consultation to determine their needs and gather pertinent information. We write a first draft of the biography and send it to our client for approval. Final Biographies will be sent to the client via email. Basic fees for Biography Services start at $99.00. TALENT MANAGEMENT
Jossey Consulting will assist each client with deciding the best way to present their artistic talents and help them establish their brand. Services may include but not be limited to:
• Preparing talent for meetings with potential talent agencies.
• Arrange introductions to agents/clients and assist in helping the actor choose an agent.
• Advise actors on their image and personal appearance.
• Assist with finding acting classes, training
• Help talent choose a good photographer and pick out headshots.
• Promote talent to industry professionals to try to help talent get auditions.
• Negotiate contracts for speaking engagements.
• Prepare resume or advise talent on preparation of a resume, demo reels and websites.
• Help make career decisions related to the talent’s career.
• Help talent to make sure they are accurately listed on IMDB. Jossey Consulting makes sure that actors/talent understand the industry and know who the best person for their team is. A Talent Agent works for a talent agency where they use their contacts to arrange auditions for the actors represented by the agency and secure work. A Talent Agency generally makes 10 to 15% commission only from the work they find the actor (commercials can take 20%). A Talent Manager’s focus is on managing an actor’s career. Talent Managers keep in close touch with talent agents if the client has an agent. The Talent Manager’s job is to manage the actor’s/talent’s career choices, handle public relations, business matters and help develop a career path toward success. Talent Managers generally make 15 to 20% of whatever the client makes. ACTOR TALENT SUBMISSION SERVICE
Are you too busy to look for job postings/castings/auditions yourself? Jossey Consulting can submit Talent to Casting Services and Casting Agents for referrals, acting postings and for possible talent representation. Fees will vary depending on the types of services requested. Monthly talent submission service may be arranged. LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTING WORKSHOPS
Acting Workshops will be conducted by Jossey Consulting and Chicago Talent Coach, John Conrad. Pricing for workshops vary depending upon the level of talent, number of students and the needs of the client. LIGHTS, CAMERA ACTING FOR PARENTS WITH CHILDREN
This Workshop is an introduction into the acting industry. It provides an assessment to determine if your child has the patience to be an actor, information on obtaining work permits, resumes, headshots, marketing yourself, monologues and more. Each workshop shall last approximately two (2) hours and will be accompanied with the Lights, Camera, Acting Workshop EBook. LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTING FOR ADULTS
This Workshop is an introduction into the acting industry. It covers getting into the industry, Headshots/Comp Cards, monologues, obtaining an agent, marketing you and more. Each Workshop shall last approximately two (2) hours and will be accompanied with a Lights, Camera, Acting EBook. WARDROBE AND STYLING
