Check out Tech Toss's new custom-built podium with a functional arcade system! This work of art was crafted by the amazing Jeff Jaxon at with recycled components, and now has a home in Tech Toss's computer lab. Anyone who rents the space can use it—first to give a lecture, then to flip it around to play some arcade games!

Here are some of the Spring 2026 interns at Tech Toss, all passionate about learning, having some laughs, and bringing life to our technology.

Here's a little bit about each intern:

Kristoff: "I am a senior at Chico State studying game development. In my free time, I love to make art, whether its printmaking or digital illustration! I also have been getting very into DnD lately. At Tech Toss, I am hoping to learn more about older technology and the software side of computer refurbishing, as I am fairly familiar with building computers."

Madi: "Hi I'm Madi, and I'm a Chico State game development student interning at Tech Toss! I'm having a lot of fun learning about old tech and spending time with huge nerds."

Oscar: "Hello my name is Oscar Polson and I am a senior at Pleasant Valley High School. I got involved with Tech Toss through my passion for nonprofits and supporting the community. I look forward to learning more technical IT skills while also helping with the business/sponsorship component of the organization!"

Samantha: "Hello! I'm Samantha and I'm an animation student who's looking to branch out to different areas of game development. I'm also here at Tech Toss to meet other cool game developers, the awesome owners, and their pet dog."
