Food For Thought 🧘🏽‍♀️💭 This year I turned 40. I’m so grateful to get to experience this milestone. And yet, this is the most I’ve ever been invited out to celebratory dinners in my life! I’m an introvert so this is a LOT for me! Lol!!

I’m so grateful for my Aunt Nancy, who bought me a dinner at The Cave restaurant in northern New Jersey, and when I shared how I was excited to go try it out, my entire Clifton Meditation group offered to take me out to The Cave for my birthday as a group so I wouldn’t go alone. I feel overwhelmed by love and affection! 😍🥰

I love this beautiful opaque, milky sky-blue colored stone for clearing my clients' and my own energy from work-related stress, and any mental anxiety we pick up from technology.

According to Judy Hall in the reference book "The Crystal Bible: A Definitive Guide to Crystals - Volume 1" she says "Blue Calcite is a gentle stone for recuperation and relaxation. It lowers blood pressure and dissolves pain on all levels. Gently soothing the nerves and lifting anxieties, it releases negative emotions. Used on the throat chakra it aids clear communication, especially where there is dissent. Blue Calcite can absorb energy, filter it, and return it to benefit the sender."
